Our Ranch Wrap is a strong and durable alternative to the traditional tail bag. 

The Ranch Wrap is constructed of a durable canvas shell that is water resistant, with an inner bag to hold the braided tail in a safe position.

The ranch wrap comes in three different sizes to fit all equines, and it is a perfect way to bag and protect your horse's beautiful tail.

Lightweight waterproof canvas outer wrap with multiple velcro closures.

Snap on the inner bag that can be easily replaced, and it is now made from PUL Lycra.

PUL fabric, or Polyurethane Laminate, is a specialised fabric used for its waterproof and breathable properties. It's typically made by bonding a polyester or cotton fabric with a thin layer of polyurethane on one side. This makes it ideal for applications where moisture protection and breathability are needed,

Velcro inside to hold the inner bag in the correct position to keep it clean and dry.

Sizing:

To measure your size, braid your horse's tail and fold into 1/4’s, then measure around the top of the 4 folds.

Small = 10- 15 cm Diameter- Mini, pony or hock length tail, some thick-tailed weanlings and most yearlings.

Medium = 15- 20 cm Diameter– Most common size, tail can touch ground but isn’t thicker than your index finger and thumb wrapped around the tail under the tail bone.

Large= 20-25 cm Diameter- Long, thick tail can get thumb and pointer finger around hair at base of tailbone but is more of a challenge.
